This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are basic but comfortable, and I loved having a balcony to enjoy the view. The location is perfect, being very close to Patong beach and within walking distance to everything.

Very space room, very good breakfast, friendly staff, clean beds. Very comfortable with my familay stay there, the environment is also quite quiate.

The water from the pipe can't directly drink, it is very saulty.

Nothing not to love.

For a budget hotel you can have little or no complaints with the facilities, coupled with the 100 baht option that was available to use the swimming pool of a nearby hotel. The owners were nice and polite and always willing to help. We asked for a good beach and somewhere good to eat and both recommendations turned out to be very good indeed.

I am used to very hard Thai beds and don't have a problem with them. However the mattress in our room was of poor quality you could feel the springs in your back...Hopefully they will be upgraded soon

Location was good quite and also near the beach. 5 minute walk. there was good restaurants around the hotel. Staff was helpful although they were not very fluent in English. The owner was French so there is no problem for French speaking guests. They were friendly and helpful in my visit. hope enjoy your trip there.

The Internet was not accessible sometimes but the speed was good.

Conveniently located close to the beach and popular streets with many shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I also appreciated the fact that they allowed pets.

The room lacked proper air conditioning, and even with the unit on full blast, the temperature was still warm at times. Additionally, there was no on-site pool or bar, which would have been a nice addition to the stay.

The great hotel !!! Room is spacious, clean and has everything you need, with a very comfy bed. The location is perfect, close to the beach about 12 minutes to walk, but the main thing about this hotel it's his owner and his family they are so helpful they always been help us with everything we need for that I wanna say to them big massive thanks !!! I would recommend to everyone book this hotel and you guys will be definitely happy 100%. don't waist the time just book it with this hotel !!!

The most cheaper price i found in phuket.the owner, a french guy, is very friendly and can do everything for you.the reception service is open 24 hours and the breakfast time is very long from 7:00 to 11:00 AM.the staff is very polite and friendly.hotel have quite position but not far from beach and city center nightlife. It not a luxury hotel but u can have everything you need for a relaxing holiday in phuket.

The beds are very hards. But it depends about your attitude.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sea and sand. the area is also bustling with lots of restaurants and shops close by, catering to all your needs. The rooms are tidy and spacious, with essential amenities such as air conditioning, TV and a comfortable bed to ensure a good night's rest.

The staff could have been more attentive and welcoming and the area can be noisy at times, which may disturb light sleepers.

The room is good value for money. The hotel is running few months by a family. The owner & the staff were very friendly & always smile. It located in the third street next to Pathong Beach. Drove motorbike to the beach within 2mins, to Jungceylon Shopping Mall within 5mins. Overall the room is clean & big, the bed & quilt haven't any bad smell. Only a few ants in the balcony but it's not a big deal! All the features in room can work normal. The shower is strong & hot water always have. The hotel in a quiet area avoid the bar music & crowd, but if you rent a motorbike, everything is very close & convenience. just within 1-2mins distance. Even you can walk in a reasonable time. The family have a doggy named "Pof Pof", is very cute & playful.

Nice rooms, very clean, comfy beds. Nice staff, owner helpful and accomodating. You can rent a bike at 1500tb per day, free wifi, okay breakfast and nice coffee. Excellent location, close to everything but away from bangla rd's noise. Ideal for people who want to travel around the island and do some sightseeing, it is not a 5star hotel but you have everything you need, for us it was perfect! Great value for money!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. the location was superb - it was very close to Patong beach, which meant I could easily enjoy the sun and sand without having to travel far. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to everything was a major plus - I had easy access to shops, restaurants, and nightlife, making my stay even more convenient.

Small hotel, owner (a Frenchman) is present all the time. He is very helpful, friendly, and has attention to customer needs. Rest of hotel staff is also kind. Can help with tours, taxi, and judging by the price he does not charge extra for this. Rooms seem to be new and clean. AC, TV, wifi, fridge, worked properly. Cleaning, towels, drinking water provided every day if needed. Laundry and grocery store within 100 meters. Clean surroundings. Location: ideal if you want to use this as a base for discovering Phuket or the islands. Patong beach and main party/restaurant/shopping mall area is 15 min walk.

Absolutely amazing place and owner!! The hotel room is spacious, clean and has everything you need, with a very comfy bed It has a nice shower area and wash area The location is perfect as it is very close to everything! The value for money is absolutely amazing! BUT the best thing is the owner. He is a very nice genuine guy, who was always ready to help me with trips / motorbike rentals / directions and anything else I needed. He would always ask if everything was OK and was always ready to help! The hotel also has a very good atmosphere / feel, so it was nice when you came back after a long day I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay here again! 100% SATISFACTION
